When a roof is worn out, new shingles on top of old material isn't going to cut it. A proper full tear-off is the only way to start fresh - and that's exactly how we approached this one. We stripped everything down to the decking, giving us a clean look at what was underneath before anything new went on.
The tear-off phase is where a lot of roofing jobs get rushed. Not here. You can see the tarps laid out around the perimeter to catch debris, and the crew working methodically across the entire roof surface. That kind of prep keeps the property clean and makes sure nothing gets missed before the new materials go down.
Beyond the shingles, we also handled new fascia, gutters, and downspouts. A lot of homeowners don't think about that part - but if your water management system is beat up while your roof is brand new, you're still going to have problems. Getting it all done at once means the whole system works together the way it should.
This is a good example of what a complete roofing installation looks like when it's done right. Not just a surface fix. A full replacement from the decking up, with everything around it updated to match. That's what actually protects a home long-term.
